JAWA Two-Wheeler Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Two-Wheeler Sales Manager to manage JAWA sales operations, lead the sales team, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily JAWA showroom sales operations.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, test rides, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
- Monitor individual sales performance and prepare daily sales reports.
- Maintain good customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and RTO teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads and pending bookings.
- Report sales performance and key issues to Management.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales.




- Experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role preferred.
- Good communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
- JAWA or premium two-wheeler dealership experience will be an advantage.
- Valid Driving Licence preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
