Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERPNext / Frappe Developer . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining ERPNext applications using the Frappe framework. You will play a key role in designing scalable ERP solutions, integrating systems, and supporting business operations through reliable and efficient ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- ERPNext Development
- Customize and develop ERPNext applications using the Frappe framework based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain custom apps, doctypes, scripts, and workflows.
- ERP Configuration
- Configure ERPNext modules including master data, forms, roles, permissions, workflows, and automation.
- Implement server-side and client-side custom scripts.
- System Integration
- Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems, APIs, and external databases.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange.
- Customization & Reporting
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, print formats, and business intelligence views.
- Enhance existing modules to improve usability and performance.
- Data Migration
- Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to ERPNext.
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and integrity during migration.
- User Support & Training
- Provide technical support to end users and resolve ERP-related issues.
- Train users on ERPNext functionality and best practices.
- Testing & Quality Assurance




- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
- Ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and bug-free before deployment.
- Documentation
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, customizations, and SOPs.
- Upgrades & Maintenance
- Stay updated with ERPNext and Frappe releases.
- Apply upgrades, patches, and security fixes while ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective ERP solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Strong experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, jQuery
- Experience with MySQL / MariaDB
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and web services
- Knowledge of enterprise application integration and ERP concepts

Professional Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in ERPNext development and customization
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

- ERPNext certification
- Experience with ERPNext upgrades and production deployments
- Exposure to DevOps, Git, and server management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
