Site Supervisor – Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily site activities and manpower.
- Allocate work to workers and ensure proper work execution and productivity.
- Coordinate with project engineers, safety team, clients, and contractors.
- Monitor fabrication, erection, piping, welding, maintenance, and other site activities as required.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Monitor material, tools, equipment, and manpower requirements at site.
- Track daily work progress and prepare daily site/work progress reports.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and PPE compliance at the work site.
- Supervise workers individually and ensure proper discipline and work allocation.




- Support project planning and ensure activities are completed on time and as per client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or relevant engineering field preferred.
- Experience in industrial, fabrication, erection, piping, maintenance, or construction projects.
- Good knowledge of site execution and manpower management.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings and work instructions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
