About the Role

We are looking for someone to support teacher training and professional learning across our programmes. The role will focus on facilitating engaging virtual and in-person training, developing effective learning experiences and resources, and exploring different ways — including digital and technology-enabled approaches — to support teacher learning at scale.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and facilitator with some experience in training, teaching, L&D; or education, who is curious about how people learn and how training can be made more engaging, practical and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

Teacher Training & Facilitation

- Facilitate and co-facilitate virtual and in-person training for teachers and school teams.
- Create engaging and participatory learning environments through discussion, activities, practice and reflection.
- Communicate ideas clearly and confidently and encourage active participation.
- Adapt facilitation approaches to different audiences, programmes and learning needs.

Learning Design & Development

- Work with programme teams to translate curriculum, programme goals and teacher needs into effective learning experiences.
- Develop training decks, facilitator guides, activities, resources and other learning materials.
- Explore different training formats including workshops, peer learning, practice-based learning, self-paced learning and blended approaches.

Digital Learning & Technology

- Explore new tools and technologies that can make training more interactive, accessible and scalable.




- Support the creation and organisation of digital learning resources.
- Be comfortable learning and experimenting with current learning technologies and AI-enabled tools.

Training Effectiveness & Improvement

- Gather feedback and observations to understand the effectiveness of training.
- Use insights from teachers and programme teams to improve training experiences and resources.
- Contribute to understanding the impact of training on teacher confidence, practice and programme implementation.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and innovate teacher professional learning.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Social Sciences, or a related field. Relevant qualifications or certifications in teaching, training, facilitation or instructional design would be an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in teacher training, training, facilitation, teaching, L&D;, education or learning design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to create clear and engaging training and learning materials.
- Comfortable with technology, digital learning tools and virtual training platforms.
- Curious and willing to experiment with new training approaches and technologies.
- Strong collaboration, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with teachers or schools would be an advantage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
