- Lead and support new product development projects involving forging processes (hot, warm, or cold forging).
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure product manufacturability through forging.
- Select appropriate forging equipment and tooling for new components.
- Develop forging process parameters and validate through trials and simulations.
- Oversee prototyping, testing, and evaluation of forged parts.
- Coordinate with tool design, die manufacturing, and heat treatment teams.
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations on forging-related issues.
- Implement cost-effective and productive forging methods.
- Work with quality and production teams to ensure process capability and part conformance.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
