Job Summary

Woodrock Infotech is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our BPO operations team. The ideal candidate should have prior BPO experience, excellent communication skills, and strong team-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality.

- Provide coaching, guidance, and regular feedback to team members.

- Handle escalations and resolve process-related issues.

- Maintain team attendance and performance reports.

- Motivate team members and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Coordinate with management to meet business objectives.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the BPO sector.





- Prior Team Leader experience will be preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Robust leadership and team-management skills.

- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Candidates with voice, chat, or inbound process experience will be preferred.
