Preschool Centre Head – Apollo Kidz TP44

Role: Centre Head
Experience: 3–5 years in preschool management
Qualification: Graduate; ECCE/NTT/Montessori/B.Ed. preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool centre.
- Lead, guide, and monitor teaching and support staff.
- Ensure effective curriculum implementation and quality teaching.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly workplace.
- Handle parent communication, feedback, and concerns.
- Drive admissions, parent engagement, and centre growth.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
- Maintain records, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, academic, and organizational standards.

Coordinates with the management team and provides regular reports and updates regarding the centre.

Motivates teachers and staff members and builds a positive, cooperative, and supportive work environment at the school.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
