Your work profile

- Looking for SAP ABAP Consultant with EWM Expertise
- Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP solutions and enhancements across SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM landscapes.
- Deliver RICEFW objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows to meet business requirements.
- Develop and enhance solutions using BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, APIs, and custom development frameworks.
- Leverage modern SAP development technologies including ABAP Objects (OO ABAP), CDS Views, OData Services, AMDP, and S/4HANA extensibility concepts.
- Perform technical analysis, debugging, root cause investigation, performance optimization, and resolution of complex application issues.
- Design and develop SAP EWM technical solutions supporting inbound, outbound, internal warehouse operations, picking, packing, putaway, replenishment, and goods movement processes.
- Develop and enhance EWM-specific objects including RF screens, scanner-based applications, labels, forms, warehouse monitoring solutions, and PPF/action framework enhancements.
- Support and troubleshoot EWM integrations, queues, interfaces, and data flows between SAP and third-party warehouse systems.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to convert warehouse and logistics requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in system testing, integration testing, cutover activities, go-live support, and hypercare for implementation and rollout projects.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards,



quality guidelines, and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- 6-10+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience with significant exposure to SAP EWM.
- Solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA ABAP development, including OO ABAP, CDS Views, OData Services, AMDP, and enhancement frameworks.
- Proven experience in developing and supporting RICEFW objects, interfaces, custom reports, forms, workflows, and integration components.
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), including warehouse tasks, warehouse orders, handling units, storage bins, resources, and RF processes.
- Experience developing EWM enhancements using BAdIs, enhancement spots, function modules, APIs, and custom frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with RF framework, mobile applications, scanner-based warehouse solutions, labels, and output management.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills in complex warehouse and logistics environments.
- Experience supporting integration between EWM and SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, and other enterprise applications.
- Exposure to Embedded EWM and/or Decentralized EWM landscapes.
- Experience working on SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, RAP, SAP BTP, warehouse automation, WCS/MFS integration, barcode scanners, and third-party warehouse solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across functional and technical teams.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- SAP ABAP and/or SAP EWM certification is preferred.
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA development technologies will be an added advantage.
- Relevant training or experience in SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, RAP, warehouse automation, or supply chain technologies is desirable.
