Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by coordinating customer requirements, technical enquiries, quotations, and order-related activities. The role will act as a bridge between customers, sales, production, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers regarding technical requirements, enquiries, and product specifications.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical documents, and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and technical teams for customer requirements.
- Follow up on orders, delivery schedules, samples, and product development.
- Maintain customer records, enquiry status, quotations, and sales-related data in ERP/CRM.
- Support the sales team in handling customer queries and resolving technical issues.




- Prepare MIS reports and regular updates on enquiries, orders, and pending activities.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.

Key Skills

- Positive technical and commercial understanding.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/CRM, and documentation.
- Ability to understand technical drawings/specifications is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.

- Order follow-up and on-time delivery coordination.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
