JOB DESCRIPTION – SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to supervise daily site activities, coordinate manpower, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.

- Monitor workers, technicians, and subcontractors.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.

- Monitor site progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.

- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, contractors, and vendors.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.





- Monitor the quality of work and report any issues to the concerned engineer.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical discipline.

- Positive knowledge of site execution and manpower coordination.

- Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to monitor work progress and handle site-level issues

- Knowledge of site safety practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
