Telecaller / Telesales Executive – Timeshare & Holiday Membership

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Telecallers / Telesales Executives to join our Timeshare & Holiday Membership Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company’s holiday packages, timeshare plans, and membership benefits clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday membership plans.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate daily calling records, lead status, and sales reports.
- Build positive customer relationships and contribute to overall team sales performance.

Requirements

- Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales is preferred.




- Freshers are welcome to apply if they have good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
