BusyExim is an import-export company engaged in the international trade.

We are looking for a Digital Ads Executive or intern to join our team and manage performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and business growth.

# Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on

*Meta Ads and Google Ads*

Develop campaigns focused on *B2B lead generation and customer acquisition*

Conduct audience research and implement effective targeting strategies

Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on data

Track key performance metrics including *CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS*

Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies

Coordinate with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and improve campaign performance

Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights

# Requirements:

Hands-on experience with *Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads*

Strong understanding of digital advertising and lead-generation campaigns

Knowledge of audience targeting,



retargeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization

Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions

Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and reporting

Strong communication and analytical skills
