About the Role

We are looking for a creative, trend-driven, and analytical Social Media Strategist who can build and strengthen our digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand Instagram growth, content strategy, reels, trends, influencer marketing, engagement, and social media analytics, with a strong eye for premium visual content.

Experience in jewellery, fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute monthly and weekly social media strategies and content calendars.
- Plan content for Instagram Reels, posts, carousels, Stories, campaigns, launches, and seasonal occasions.
- Research current Instagram trends, trending audio, reel formats, hooks, and competitor strategies.
- Create content concepts that improve reach, engagement, followers, brand awareness, and store/website traffic.
- Write engaging, brand-appropriate and SEO-friendly captions, titles, keywords, hashtags, and social copy.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, designers, models, anchors, and the marketing team to execute content.
- Conceptualize jewellery shoots, model shoots, product shoots, reels, and campaign content.
- Identify and coordinate with relevant influencers and content creators for collaborations.
- Manage the brand's social media presence and ensure consistent visual identity, tone, and communication.
- Monitor comments, DMs, audience interactions, and emerging conversations relevant to the brand.




- Track performance including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, saves, shares, profile visits, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports and recommend improvements based on data.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for content and audience growth.
- Support festive, bridal, product-launch, influencer, and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with Instagram algorithm changes, social media trends, platform features, and digital marketing developments.

Skills Required

- Strong understanding of Instagram marketing and organic social media growth.
- Excellent content ideation and storytelling skills.
- Valuable understanding of Reels strategy, hooks, trends, captions, hashtags, keywords, and social SEO.
- Strong aesthetic sense, especially for premium/luxury content.
- Basic understanding of photography, videography, editing, and creative direction.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and content scheduling/analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyse performance data and turn insights into actionable content strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

1–3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing.

Previous experience working with jewellery, fashion, luxury, beauty, bridal, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
