Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on academic programs, courses, and career pathways

- Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission process

- Follow up with prospective students and support enrollment conversion Maintain accurate student data and follow-up records

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission and onboarding Achieve counseling and enrollment targets while maintaining service quality

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance

- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling

- Target-oriented and result-driven approach

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn





Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education-related background preferred)

- Prior experience in academic counseling or education industry is an advantage

- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
