Educational Qualification

- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or Mechatronics.

Experience

- 3–7 years of experience in SPM, machine building, industrial automation or project-based manufacturing.

- Experience in machine assembly, mechanical design or production planning will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate 5–6 machine projects from design release to assembly and dispatch.

- Study SolidWorks assemblies, mechanical drawings and BOM/BOP lists.

- Categorise and track manufactured parts, standard bought-out items, electrical and pneumatic components.

- Coordinate with design, purchase, vendors, manufacturing, QC, stores and assembly teams.

- Plan component priorities according to assembly requirements and project delivery dates.

- Track ordering, manufacturing, inspection, rework and receipt status of all parts.

- Maintain accurate project-wise Excel/ERP trackers and pending-action lists.

- Ensure all required and QC-approved parts are available before releasing them for assembly.





- Identify possible delays and escalate critical issues to management in advance.

- Provide verified project-progress updates to customers whenever required.

Required Skills

- Ability to understand mechanical drawings and SolidWorks assemblies.

- Knowledge of BOM/BOP, machining, fabrication and machine assembly processes.

- Basic understanding of standard mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; ERP/MRP experience will be an advantage.

- Strong planning, follow-up, communication and multitasking skills.

- Willingness to work both at the computer and on the shop floor.

Preferred Profile

Candidates currently working as an SPM Project Engineer, Mechanical Project Coordinator, PPC Engineer, Machine Assembly Engineer or Mechanical Design Engineer with solid coordination experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
