Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Patent Agent / Patent Filing Executive to support patent filing, prosecution, documentation, and other Intellectual Property (IP) related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end patent filing and documentation activities.
- Assist in preparing and filing Patent Applications with the Indian Patent Office.
- Track patent applications, examination reports, hearings, and deadlines.
- Assist with responses to First Examination Reports (FERs) and other patent office communications.
- Maintain accurate records of patent applications and related documents.
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and internal teams regarding IP matters.
- Handle Trademark Filing and related documentation.
- Assist with trademark applications, renewals, objections, and other trademark-related activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up and compliance with IP filing requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Registered Patent Agent / Patent Agent Authorization is preferred.




- Candidates should have knowledge of Indian Patent filing procedures and IP-related documentation.
- Hands-on experience in Patent Filing, Drafting, Prosecution, or Patent Office procedures will be an advantage.
- Trademark Filing and prosecution experience is preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are Registered Patent Agents and can independently handle Trademark Filing and related IP matters.
- Knowledge of IP India online filing procedures and portals is preferred.
- Strong documentation, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Freshers with relevant educational qualifications and a robust interest in Intellectual Property may also apply.
