Job Summary
The basic job purpose of Production Engineer is to ensure that all products are manufactured with utmost efficiency and quality, according to planned protocols using the appropriate technology. Production engineers are responsible for both the big picture and the small details related to all aspects of production.
Responsibilities and Duties

- Review of QAP & Approved drawing.
- Fabricate job as per approved drawing & QAP.
- Coordinate with project for materials.
- Coordinate with contractor for manpower.
- Prepare micro bar chart and ensure the fabrication as per committed delivery date.
- Coordination with QC department for all technical & Stage wise inspection activity.
- Planning and follow up for outsourcing job activity like machining, rolling, pressing.
- Coordination with Contractors / Workers for housekeeping and material shifting and completion of equipment.
- Guidance to Contractor / workers for daily activity.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications





· Diploma or BE- Mechanical with 3 – 5 years of experience in fabrication industry (Pressure vessel, dryers, tanks, heat reactors, exchangers)

· IT Skills, particularly computer aid design.

· Desired Skills:Diploma / BE- Mechanical with 3 – 5 years of experience as production engineer in fabrication industry (Pressure vessel, dryers, tanks, heat reactors, exchangers).

· A high level of technical and practical knowledge about fabrication of heavy equipment. Good communication skills.

· Should be from nearby areas.

Experience:

- pressure vessel, reactor, tanks: 2 years (Required)
- total work: 5 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,055.92 - ₹75,558.81 per month
