ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive to develop business with EPC vendors, contractors and institutional buyers in the solar/electrical/renewable energy sector.

The role combines:
B2B Telecalling & Lead Generation
EPC Vendor Relationship Management
In-person Vendor Meetings
Field Visits & Site Visits
B2B Sales & Deal Closure

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and build a database of EPC contractors, vendors and B2B prospects
- Conduct outbound calls and generate qualified business leads
- Schedule and conduct vendor/client meetings
- Visit EPC vendor offices and project sites across Chennai & Tamil Nadu
- Build long-term relationships with EPC vendors and channel partners
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and contracts
- Coordinate with technical/project teams for quotations and proposals
- Manage the complete B2B sales pipeline through CRM




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & vendor onboarding targets

REQUIREMENTS

✅ 2–5 years of B2B Sales / Telecalling experience
✅ Experience in Solar / EPC / Electrical / Infrastructure / Construction preferred
✅ Experience managing vendors or channel partners
✅ Strong Tamil & English communication skills
✅ Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
✅ Comfortable with field visits
✅ CRM & MS Excel knowledge
✅ Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred
✅ Existing EPC/Solar/Electrical vendor network is a strong advantage

SIGNIFICANT:
Priority will be given to candidates with proven EPC/vendor relationship management and field sales closure experience — not telecalling experience alone.
