About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to manage and develop dealer and retail sales across Chennai and nearby territories.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the photo trade or consumer electronics industry, excellent dealer relationships, and the ability to drive market expansion and retail business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop a network of dealers, retailers, and channel partners across Chennai and nearby markets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop new dealer and retail accounts to expand market presence.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing dealers and retailers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competition.
- Generate orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payment/collection coordination.
- Drive product visibility, retail penetration, and sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and the internal sales team to resolve market-related issues.
- Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and territory updates to management.




- Travel extensively across Chennai and assigned nearby territories.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in consumer electronics, photo trade, or a related industry.
- Strong dealer and retailer relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability in market development and achieving sales targets.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Chennai and nearby territories.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
- Candidates with existing contacts in the photo/consumer electronics dealer network will be an advantage.
