Job Description:
We are seeking an efficient and results-driven Recruiter with direct experience managing an Indeed Employer Account. In this role, you will take full ownership of our end-to-end job posting and initial candidate vetting process directly through the Indeed Employer Dashboard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Job Posting & Optimization: Create, format, and publish optimized job listings on Indeed to maximize organic visibility and candidate reach.
- Applicant Management: Monitor the Indeed Employer Dashboard daily to track, review, and filter incoming applications.
- Resume Handling: Download qualified resumes, accurately organize candidate files, and share top-tier profiles with the internal hiring team.
- Candidate Screening: Use Indeed's screening tools to review qualifications and move top talent forward in the hiring pipeline.

Requirements:

- Proven Experience:



Direct, hands-on experience navigating and managing an Indeed Employer Account.
- Technical Comfort: Strong familiarity with downloading, organizing, and sharing PDF/Word resumes efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Skilled written communication skills to interact with applicants directly through the Indeed platform.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
