Job Description / Responsibilities

· Develop project timelines, budgets, and scopes while coordinating with clients, engineers, and teams.

· Manage project costs, track expenses, and ensure the project stays within budget.

· Lead HVAC technicians and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.

· Serve as the point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.

· Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project specs and timelines are met.

· Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and obtain necessary permits.

· Identify risks and resolve issues promptly.

Desired profile of the candidate

· Should have experience in HVAC mechanical piping, plumbing and sheet metal

· should have sound knowledge of various systems involved in HVAC and should have basic knowledge of design

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.





· Should have a good knowledge of AutoCAD. Shall be able to make changes in the drawings as per Site Installation.

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Positive Communication.

Basic / UG Qualification

Diploma / bachelor’s degree with experience in relevant field OR

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
