We are seeking an experienced o9 Supply Planning Consultant/Lead with robust functional and technical expertise to design, implement, and optimize Supply Planning solutions on the o9 platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Supply Planning, Solver configuration, Supply Network Planning, inventory optimization, and end-to-end o9 implementations.

- Functional Planning Responsibilities: The role covers Supply Network Planning, Production Planning, Distribution Planning, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Optimization. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, defining sourcing and allocation strategies, balancing demand and supply, aligning processes with S&OP;/IBP objectives, and validating plans against business constraints – Strong understanding of Supply Planning, Supply Network Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, and Multi-Echelon Supply Chain Planning.
- Technical and Solver Expertise:



The candidate configures o9 solutions using IBPL, Procedures, Action Buttons, Measures, Dimensions, and Data Models, while optimizing Solver capabilities such as demand netting, prioritization, constraints, allocation, fair-share logic, objective functions, and solver parameters. The role also includes workflows, exception management, integrations with SAP/ERP systems, troubleshooting, and SQL-based validation.

Key Responsibilities

Experience and Delivery Requirements: The position supports the full implementation lifecycle from design and build through testing, deployment, cutover, and hyper care. Required experience includes hands-on o9 Supply Planning implementations, supply networks, planning master data, data structures, SQL, and SAP/ERP integrations; 3+ years of o9 Supply Planning implementation experience is preferred. Certifications cover o9 Supply Planning basics, an o9 Supply Planning implementation reference product, and Supply Chain Solver functionalities.
