ChargeInfra Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing Construction Company specializing in Luxury Villas, Commercial and Residential Projects in Bangalore.
*POSITION: ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE*
*Experience Required:*
- Minimum 3-5 Years of experience *ONLY in Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate Industry.*
- Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
1. *Construction Accounting:*
- Handling Day-to-Day Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Ledger Maintenance for Construction Projects.
- Site-wise Cost Tracking & Budget Monitoring for Villa & Commercial Projects.
2. *Billing & Vendor Management:*
- Verification of Sub-contractor Bills, Labour Bills, Material Purchase Bills.
- Coordination with QS & Billing Team for Client & Contractor Billing.
3. *GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance:*
- Handling GST Returns, TDS, PT, PF, ESI related entries and payments.
- Coordination with CA for Monthly & Yearly Closing.
4. *Accounts Payable / Receivable:*
- Managing Cash Flow, Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash, Advance & Retention Tracking.
- Follow-up with Clients for Receivables & Vendors for Payables.
5. *Reports & MIS:*
- Preparation of MIS Reports, P&L;, Balance Sheet support, Project Profitability Reports.
- Maintaining Documentation as per Audit Requirements.
*Skills Required:*
- Mandatory: *4+ Years in Construction Company Accounting*
- Tally ERP, MS Excel (Advanced), GST & TDS Knowledge
- Experience in Site Accounts, Labour & Material Accounting
- Strong Knowledge of Construction Billing Process & Labour Compliances
- Good Communication & Documentation
*Qualification:* B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
*Location:* Bangalore (Office + Site Coordination)
*Joining:* Immediate / 15 Days
*Salary:* As per Industry Standards
