Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1–1.5 years of experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software development projects, strong client-handling skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into clear technical requirements for development teams.

Candidates with exposure to AI, Blockchain, MERN, and MEAN stack projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, understand, analyze, and document business and client requirements.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and expectations.
- Convert client requirements into transparent and structured Business Requirement Documents (BRD),



Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, project managers, and other internal teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
