- Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and other assigned customers on a regular basis.
- Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers.
- Identify new customers and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely communication of orders to the concerned department.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and address their queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with customers regarding pending dues.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market activities and report the information to management.
- Ensure proper product display and visibility at customer locations wherever applicable.
- Regularly update the company regarding market visits, customer feedback, sales activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, collections, and expenses.
- Follow the company's sales policies,



procedures, pricing guidelines, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with the distribution, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
- Handle company products and promotional materials responsibly.
- Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Local Language Preferred - Konkani
- Previous experience in sales or field sales will be preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and convince customers.
- Knowledge of the local market and territory will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
