Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Identity and Access Management qualified with hands-on experience managing large-scale Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.

The ideal candidate should have experience supporting enterprise users, hybrid identity solutions, access management, security policies, and troubleshooting complex Active Directory infrastructure.

Candidates with experience managing environments with multiple Domain Controllers and 10,000+ users are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support enterprise Microsoft Active Directory environments
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) services
- Support hybrid identity architecture using Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect Sync
- Troubleshoot Active Directory infrastructure issues
- Manage Domain Controllers and enterprise identity services
- Configure and support Group Policy Objects (GPO)
- Manage Global Catalog services and Active Directory replication




- Implement and support RBAC/ABAC access controls
- Configure Conditional Access Policies
- Support Exchange Online mailboxes and email archiving
- Collaborate with global teams and US-based stakeholders

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience with:
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Enterprise Identity Management

Strong hands-on experience with:

- Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
- Domain Controllers
- Global Catalog
- Group Policy Objects (GPO)
- Active Directory Replication
- Hybrid Identity
- Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect Sync
- RBAC / ABAC
- Conditional Access Policies
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft 365 Identity Services

Experience supporting large enterprise environments:

- Multiple Domain Controllers
- 10,000+ Active Directory users

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
