Responsibilities

- Call technicians and assist with onboarding them to Driveurway
- Explain Driveurway services, processes, and advantages to technicians
- Maintain and regularly update technician records
- Follow up with technicians regarding onboarding, issues, and pending tasks
- Handle customer queries through calls and other support channels
- Assist customers with service-related issues and concerns
- Process refunds and coordinate resolution of customer cases
- Assist the support team with day-to-day customer cases
- Coordinate closely with the founders on operations and business activities
- Identify operational issues and help find practical solutions
- Contribute ideas and actively participate in business growth
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and work towards the overall success of Driveurway

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
