- Claim Management: Process, submit, and track all warranty claims through the Dealer Management System (DMS) within specified timelines.
- Rejection & Reconciliation: Track claim approvals, quickly resolve any rejected claims, and reconcile financial credits with the accounts team.
- Inventory Control: Supervise the tagging, secure storage, and return/disposal of defective parts as per OEM mandates.
- Audit Readiness: Maintain flawless records of diagnostic logs, repair orders, and customer signatures to clear periodic factory audits.
- Cross-Functional Support: Work with service advisors and technicians to verify technical data and handle customer queries regarding warranty coverage.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Warranty Administrator or Incharge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
