Roles & Responssibilities

Proven experience in Aerospace Sheet Metal Tool Design.

Solid expertise in the design and development of Form Blocks, Hand Form Blocks, Press Tools, Milling Fixtures, and Checking Fixtures.

Advanced proficiency in CATIA V5 for tooling design and 3D modeling.

Hands-on experience in Loft Creation and surface modeling techniques.

Sound knowledge of aerospace tooling materials and manufacturing processes.

Strong understanding and practical application of GD&T; principles.

Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and customers.

Manging the team members and guiding in the project requirements.

FAI tools prove out in co-ordination with shop floor activites.

Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical

Experience: 8-10 years
