Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Assess students’ academic profiles, career goals, budgets, and preferred destinations.
- Recommend suitable countries, universities, courses, and programs.
- Explain admission requirements, intakes, tuition fees, scholarships, and living expenses.
- Follow up with students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain accurate student records, application status, and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally and resolve concerns effectively.
- Stay updated on university admissions, courses, scholarships, visa requirements, and changes in study-abroad policies.
- Work towards assigned counseling, application, and enrollment targets.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Robust knowledge of overseas education and admission processes is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Target-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
