Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior CCTV Engineer / Senior Project Engineer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in CCTV surveillance, security systems, and project/site operations.

The candidate will be responsible for managing CCTV system installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and day-to-day technical activities at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise CCTV installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance activities.
- Strong hands-on experience with Analog and IP CCTV surveillance systems.
- Good knowledge and experience with PTZ cameras and 360-degree cameras.
- Configure and troubleshoot DVR, NVR, IP cameras, switches, networking, and related CCTV equipment.
- Handle complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor the performance and health of CCTV surveillance systems.
- Coordinate with field engineers, technicians, vendors, and project management teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper implementation of CCTV systems as per project requirements.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, service reports,



and daily/weekly project reports.
- Support project execution, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure CCTV systems remain operational and coordinate emergency technical support when required.
- Be available for 24×7 support as per project requirements.

Required Skills

- 5–7 years of relevant experience in CCTV / Surveillance / Security Systems.
- Strong knowledge of Analog, IP, PTZ, and 360° cameras.
- Hands-on experience with DVR/NVR, networking, switches, LAN, and CCTV cabling.
- Good understanding of CCTV system architecture and troubleshooting.
- Experience in installation, commissioning, integration, and maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Robust problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Good team coordination and site management skills.
- Candidate should be comfortable with field/site work.
- Own two-wheeler/bike is mandatory.
- Candidate must be comfortable with 24×7 availability as per project requirements.

Qualification

- B.Tech / BE /Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in CCTV / Surveillance / Smart City projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
