Key Responsibilities:

- Should have solid knowledge of O2C process order management Supply chain management
- Should have strong knowledge on handling overseas international customer orders
- Should have knowledge of EDI order Manual order and request on customer portal
- Should have basic know knowledge of production planning
- Should be able to handle various account with various order change request
- Perform day to day Order management task
- Perform various change request sent by various like sales Planning Supply team update the effective counterpart Proactive flexible to meet business requirement
- Should co ordinate with logistic Order fulfilment Planning Finance sales Team
- Should have knowledge on payment terms used in business
- Should have knowledge of load plans for the logistic team
- Work closely with cross functional teams to resolve order related issues promptly
