We are looking for an experienced General Manager – 3PL, Warehousing & Logistics to lead the overall logistics and 3PL business with responsibility for business growth, P&L; management, customer relationships, operations, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing large-scale warehousing, CFA, transportation, and 3PL operations, along with a proven track record in business development and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth

- Develop and execute business growth strategies for the 3PL and logistics business.
- Acquire new customers for warehousing, CFA, and transportation services.
- Expand business opportunities with existing customers.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.

2. P&L; Management

- Take complete ownership of Revenue, Gross Margin, EBITDA, and Working Capital.
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure achievement of annual business targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve overall business profitability.

3. Principal & Customer Relationship Management

- Manage relationships with key customers and principal companies.
- Conduct periodic business reviews and performance discussions.
- Ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.
- Lead contract renewals, audits, and business expansion opportunities.
- Resolve commercial and operational escalations effectively.

4. Operations Excellence

- Lead Warehousing, CFA, and Transportation operations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse management.
- Drive on-time delivery and OTIF performance.
- Improve productivity and operational cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
- Implement continuous process improvement initiatives.





5. Commercial & Business Development

- Participate in pricing, tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Improve customer and account profitability.
- Develop innovative logistics solutions and value-added services.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.

6. People Leadership

- Build and develop high-performing logistics and operations teams.
- Establish clear accountability and performance standards.
- Create a strong performance-driven culture.
- Coach, mentor, and develop future leaders.
- Drive team productivity, safety, and employee engagement.

Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of experience in 3PL, Warehousing, CFA, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role with P&L; responsibility.
- Proven track record in business development and customer relationship management.
- Strong commercial, operational, financial, and leadership capabilities.
- Experience managing large teams and multi-location operations.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- MBA / Engineering / Supply Chain Management qualification preferred.
