We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with basic knowledge of WordPress to provide technical assistance and support to clients. The candidate will be responsible for resolving WordPress-related issues and ensuring smooth website performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries on email, or chat
- Troubleshoot WordPress website issues
- Assist with theme, plugin, and content updates
- Coordinate with the development team for complex issues
- Maintain proper documentation of support tickets
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of WordPress
- Understanding of themes and plugins
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
