- Qualification: MSW / relevant Social Work qualification with 2-3 years of experience in NGO sector
- Role: Office-based position with responsibility for local field activities and community-level program coordination.
- Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month, based on qualification and experience.
- Location: UPHOLD Head Office, Srikakulam, with local field visits.

**2. CSR Communications Executive – UPHOLD**

- Qualification: MBA / MSW or relevant qualification and freshers can apply
- Role: Head-office based position responsible for CSR partnerships, proposal development and resource mobilization.
- Salary: Based on experience, qualification and demonstrated commitment/capability in mobilizing CSR Funds.
- Preference: Candidates with Positive English, Soft skills and communication skills are required.

**3. Caretaker – Residential Children’s Home**

- Qualification: Any degree with prior experience/exposure in working with children
- Role: Residential caretaker responsible for the children's daily care, safety, supervision and overall well-being.
- Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience.




- Preference: Candidates who are caring, responsible and comfortable with residential duties at care home

**4. Cook – Residential Children’s Home**

- Qualification: No formal degree required; should be able to cook nutritious and hygienic meals well.
- Role: Prepare daily meals for children and maintain kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Salary: Up to ₹10,000 per month, depending on experience and cooking skills.
- Preference: Experienced and reliable candidates comfortable working in a residential children’s home.

**5. Driver – UPHOLD**

- Qualification: Valid and proper driving license with good driving experience.
- Role: Drive the UPHOLD office vehicle in and around Srikakulam, with occasional travel outside the city.
- Salary: Up to ₹14,000 to 16,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Preference: Experienced and reliable drivers with good knowledge of local and nearby routes.

Pay: ₹10,413.08 - ₹30,990.33 per month
