- Make outbound calls to patients for appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries professionally.
- Explain available eye-care services and guide patients regarding appointments.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations, procedures, and pending appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors, reception, and other departments when required.
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and patient-friendly approach during all interactions.
Pay: ₹15,659.55 - ₹16,495.35 per month
