Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities, coordinate workers, and ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate and monitor workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure construction work follows drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor materials, tools, and equipment required at the site.
- Check work progress and report updates to the project manager/engineer.
- Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow safety procedures.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance,



and work progress records.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned schedule.

Requirements

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Positive knowledge of construction methods and site activities.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and site management skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites.
