Key Responsibilities

### Business Development & Customer Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities in automotive, electrical & electronics, consumer appliances, industrial, and engineering sectors. Develop relationships with OEMs, Tier-1, Tier-2 suppliers, and strategic customers. Generate RFQs and business opportunities through customer visits, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital channels. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to order conversion. Expand business across NCR, Rajasthan, Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and other key industrial regions.

### OEM & Automotive Sales Develop business opportunities with Automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers. Engage with Purchase, Sourcing, Engineering, R&D;, Program Management, and Quality teams. Support technical and commercial discussions related to injection moulded components. Identify localization and new product development opportunities.

### RFQ Management & Quotation Preparation Review customer RFQs, drawings, specifications, and technical requirements. Coordinate feasibility studies and costing activities with internal teams. Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations. Maintain RFQ status reports and conversion tracking.

### Costing & Commercial Negotiation Coordinate component and tooling cost estimation. Understand key injection moulding cost drivers, including: - Material cost - Part weight - Machine tonnage - Cycle time - Tooling investment - Labour cost - Secondary operations - Packaging and logistics Negotiate pricing, tooling charges, payment terms, lead times, and commercial agreements.

### Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.



Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional product programs. Support resolution of commercial and customer-related issues.### New Product Development Coordination Manage project activities from:RFQ → Feasibility → Costing → Quotation → Tooling → Trials → Samples → PPAP → SOP → Mass Production### Sales Planning & Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans. Develop sales forecasts and track revenue achievement. Monitor sales performance, RFQ conversion, business wins, and profitability. Present sales MIS and business development reports to management.

### Collections & Commercial Follow-Up: Monitor outstanding payments and customer receivables. Coordinate with Finance for collections and payment follow-up. Ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms.---

## Required Qualifications### Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA (Marketing) preferred.

### Experience 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Marketing. Prior experience in Plastic Injection Moulding, Automotive Plastics, Engineering Plastics, Automotive Components, or related manufacturing industries.---
