- Final job postings will be in the candidates' native locations, but selected candidates must be undergo a two‑month training program in Machilipatnam.
- Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of imitation jewellery products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, track progress against goals, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently,



and providing personalized solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide excellent service.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and market trends.
- Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate product value, address customer queries, and handle objections.
- Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the team to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and support each other.
