About the Role

No Labels is looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on Social Media & Creative Executive to manage our Instagram presence and create engaging content for our fashion brand.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram, fashion content, graphic designing, photography, videography, video editing, AI content creation and influencer marketing.

This role requires someone who can independently take an idea from concept → shoot → editing → creative execution → social media posting.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Planning & Management

- Manage the No Labels Instagram account end-to-end.
- Plan and execute the social media content calendar.
- Create and publish Instagram Reels, Posts, Carousels and Stories.
- Develop creative content ideas for products, collections, launches, offers and campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity and aesthetic.
- Monitor Instagram trends and identify new content opportunities.

Content Creation & Shoots

- Plan and coordinate regular fashion, product and lifestyle shoots.
- Coordinate with models, store team for shoot planninhg
- Plan shoot concepts, locations, outfits, props and shot requirements.
- Conduct shoots at No Labels stores, office or other relevant locations.
- Use a camera to capture high-quality product, model and lifestyle content.
- Understand basic photography, lighting, framing and composition.

Photo & Video Editing

- Edit photos and videos captured during shoots.
- Create engaging short-form videos and Instagram Reels.
- Perform basic retouching, colour correction, cropping, transitions and other edits.
- Convert raw footage into polished, social-media-ready content.




- Create attractive and engaging social media creatives.
- Design Instagram Posts, Carousels, Stories and promotional creatives.
- Create website banners and digital promotional creatives.
- Maintain consistency with the No Labels visual identity and brand guidelines.

AI Content Creation

- Use AI tools to create and enhance images, videos and product visuals.
- Generate realistic product backgrounds, lifestyle visuals and creative concepts.
- Explore new AI tools and techniques to improve content quality and creative output.

Influencer Marketing

- Research and identify relevant fashion, lifestyle and local influencers.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and campaigns.
- Assist with influencer briefs, shoot coordination and content deliverables.
- Track collaborations and campaign performance.

What We're Looking For

- Solid creative and visual sense, with an eye for fashion/retail branding
- Hands-on skills in photography, videography, and photo/video editing
- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience with AI image and video generation tools
- Ability to plan and run shoots independently
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication skills

Tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro / After Effects, AI image & video generation tools

Based on the profile we are open to hybrid work arrangement as well
