Key Roles and Responsibilities;

Production Planning & Coordination:

- Plan and schedule daily production activities for CNC machines, chain machines, and wire rolling department.
- Allocate production tasks according to size, karat, and delivery deadlines.
- Ensure that daily production targets are met without compromising on quality.
- Coordinate production for CNC machine requirements by ensuring correct wire sizes and specifications.

Machinery Operation & Troubleshooting:

- Operate chain-making machines and monitor casting machine trials for continuous rod production.
- Resolve mechanical and operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

Material & Resource Management:

- Provide wire and other raw materials to production teams as per daily requirements.

Quality Control:





- Suggest and implement improvements in production efficiency and machine utilization.
- Participate in new process trials, such as casting machine continuous rod production, to enhance productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with 5 to 10 years of experience in Jewellery Manufacturing, strong technical and production knowledge and hands on experience in machinery, process improvement and troubleshooting.

Candidate from the Gems and Jewellery industry are preferred.
