Assess patients’ functional, physical, and cognitive abilities.
Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
Provide therapy to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and daily living skills.
Assist patients in developing independence in self-care and work-related activities.
Recommend appropriate assistive devices and adaptive techniques.
Monitor and document patients’ progress and treatment outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy and home-based exercises.
Work closely with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and skilled guidelines.
