Job Summary

We are hiring a Motor Insurance Sales Executive for a Work From Home opportunity. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year or more of experience in motor insurance sales, insurance telesales, or BFSI sales.

The candidate must have excellent English and Hindi communication skills, be comfortable handling customers over the phone, and have experience with sales targets, lead follow-ups, customer handling, and policy conversions.

Prior Motor Insurance / Insurance Sales experience is mandatory for this position.

IRDA-related training and product/process training will be provided to selected candidates as part of the onboarding and training process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers for motor insurance sales.
- Explain motor insurance policies, coverage, benefits, features, add-ons, and policy terms to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable motor insurance plans.
- Generate sales from assigned leads and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
- Follow up with customers regarding new policies, renewals, and policy-related requirements.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Explain policy premiums, coverage options, add-ons, and renewal requirements clearly.
- Convert qualified leads into successful motor insurance policy sales.




- Assist customers with the initial policy-buying process and coordinate for further processing where required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Follow the company's sales process, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal team for policy processing and customer assistance.

Required Experience & Skills

- 6 months to 1 year+ experience in Motor Insurance Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in Motor Insurance, Car Insurance, Two-Wheeler Insurance, General Insurance, Insurance Telesales, or BFSI Sales will be preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills are required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, lead conversion, and customer follow-up.
- Knowledge of motor insurance products and policy processes.
- Ability to explain insurance coverage and benefits to customers.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently from home.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.




- Basic computer knowledge and ability to update customer/lead information.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable WFH setup.

Important Eligibility Criteria

Freshers without prior Motor Insurance / Insurance Sales experience are not eligible for this position.
