Job Title: Inventory Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations, stock management, warehouse coordination, and accurate maintenance of inventory records. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimum stock levels, minimizing wastage, and maintaining proper documentation of all inventory movements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day inventory and stock operations.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, warehouse, and accounts departments.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Identify stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excess inventory.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor stock movement and ensure proper storage of materials.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and wastage.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Coordinate stock audits and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain proper records of purchase receipts, stock transfers, returns, and dispatches.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete stock.
- Ensure warehouse and inventory areas are organized and properly maintained.
- Supervise inventory/store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/accounting software.
- Experience with ERP/Tally or other inventory management systems will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant inventory/warehouse experience will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory, stores, warehouse, or stock management.
- Experience in stock reconciliation, audits, and inventory reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
