Job Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with prior experience in diamond jewellery sales. The candidate should have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to convert walk-in and online inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent jewellery consultation
- Assist customers in selecting diamond jewellery as per their requirements and budget
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
- Explain diamond quality, certification, pricing, and customization options
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery updates




- Maintain showroom presentation and product display standards
- Generate leads through client follow-ups and references
- Handle billing support and customer documentation when required

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in diamond jewellery sales
- Good knowledge of natural and lab-grown diamond jewellery
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Presentable personality with customer handling ability
- Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement capability
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling preferred
- Fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, or English

Preferred Skills

- Luxury retail sales experience
- Understanding of diamond certification and jewellery trends
- Client relationship management
- Upselling and cross-selling ability
