Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing and enhancing our human resource operations, ensuring a positive work environment, and supporting the company’s growth by attracting and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring and onboarding recent candidates across various roles.

Creating and maintaining a healthy, positive, and productive work environment.

Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.

Handling employee queries and providing support when required.

Assisting in performance management and appraisal processes.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.





Supporting management in HR strategy and workforce planning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of HR practices, policies, and labor laws.

Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
