Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionatE English Teacher to lead and deliver high-quality English education. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor both students and junior teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver advanced English lessons (grammar, literature, and communication)

* Guide students in developing strong writing, reading, and speaking skills

* Prepare students for exams and academic assessments

* Mentor and support junior teachers

* Develop lesson plans, curriculum, and teaching strategies

* Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback

* Maintain a disciplined and engaging classroom environment

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in English or related field





* Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience

* Excellent command of spoken and written English

* Strong classroom management and leadership skills

* Ability to handle senior classes effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

* M.A English and B.Ed.

* Experience in Cambridge / CBSE Board curriculum

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
