- Operate and monitor oil expeller machines efficiently and safely.
- Handle feeding of coconut/copra and maintain proper material flow.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, oil flow, and machine performance.
- Ensure optimum oil recovery and achieve daily production targets.
- Check the quality of extracted oil and oil cake.
- Identify machine abnormalities and coordinate with the Maintenance team.
- Maintain production records, housekeeping, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Follow GMP, HACCP, PPE, and company safety procedures.
