Generalist AI Trainer

We are looking for sharp, analytical thinkers with exceptional English skills to train next-generation AI.

Compensation: $30 - $65 USD per hour (based on experience & project complexity)

Location: Remote (Available in all countries)

Key Responsibilities

Data Creation: Write, edit, and refine clear, accurate, and engaging AI prompts and responses.

Evaluation: Critically assess, rank, and provide detailed feedback on AI-generated text.

Adversarial Testing: Identify flaws, biases, logical errors, and potential safety risks in models.

Fact-Checking: Diligently verify information to ensure absolute factual accuracy.

Who We're Looking For

Fluency: Native or near-native English proficiency with exceptional writing skills.

Experience: Proven track record as an AI Trainer, Data Annotator, or similar role working with LLMs.

Skills:



Solid critical thinking, high attention to detail, and a broad general knowledge base.

Education (Preferred): Degree in a writing-intensive (English, Journalism) or technical (CS, Linguistics) field. Specialized domain expertise (STEM, law, finance, medicine) is a major plus.
