We are looking for Engineers to handle building approval and related liaison work for us.
Responsibilities: Handle building plan approval processes Coordinate with relevant government departments and authorities Follow up on approval applications Prepare and submit required documents Coordinate with architects, clients and authorities Track approval status and provide regular updates Handle approval-related site visits and office work when required
Requirements: B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering or relevant qualification Experience in building approvals / liaison work preferred Knowledge of approval procedures will be an advantage Valuable communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel locally for approval-related work
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
